Normally i'd agree with you, but you did say you're here feeling guilty, I'm only suggesting, that perhaps you're unclear what you want, and the guilt, is merely trying to tell you, you weren't done yet.

But sleeping with them goes against the promises I made to you....But Mother inists it's the only way to patch things up....I really don't want to just whore myself out to fix my relationships. It's not right....

Listen, you love your father, You were attached to him at one point, right? Even though you called it off with him, those feelings just don't go away. And as manuipulative as your mother is, It's not like you haven't before, so, do what you have to do there I guess. What i'm saying is, i'll be fine, you go do what feels right for you.
